Academic Integrity Policy

Our commitment to ethical, legitimate academic support.

Our Commitment

Studiqly exists to help you learn, improve, and succeed with confidence. We provide the same kind of ethical academic support you would expect from a university writing centre, subject tutor, or research mentor — helping you develop your skills and strengthen your own work.

What We Do

Our services include:

  • Proofreading & Editing: Reviewing grammar, spelling, clarity, and style in your own draft
  • Referencing & Citation Support: Helping format references and in-text citations correctly
  • Research Guidance: Advising on research strategies, source evaluation, and literature review approaches
  • Feedback & Draft Review: Providing written feedback on your draft to help you improve it
  • Formatting Support: Formatting your document to institutional or style-guide requirements
  • Tutoring & Explanation: Explaining concepts, methods, or approaches in your subject area
  • Study Guidance: Helping you understand how to approach assignments and academic tasks

What We Do NOT Do

  • Write assignments, essays, dissertations, or any work intended for submission as your own
  • Complete coursework, take-home exams, or assessments on your behalf
  • Produce work that could be submitted to any educational institution
  • Help with live exams, timed assessments, or invigilated work of any kind

Your Role

We work best when you use our support as part of your own learning process. By using Studiqly, you agree that:

  • You are developing your own work and using our guidance to improve it
  • Any feedback, edits, or materials are learning references — not ready-made submissions
  • You will follow your institution's guidelines on permitted academic assistance
  • You will contact us or your institution if you are unsure whether a type of support is allowed

Our Right to Decline

We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or refund any order that we believe, in our sole judgement, is intended for academic fraud, contract cheating, or any other unethical purpose. This includes but is not limited to: requests during known exam periods, requests for "complete" submissions, or requests that explicitly describe submitting our work as the client's own.

Reporting & Concerns

If you have concerns about the ethical use of our services, please contact us at integrity@studiqly.com.

Regulatory Compliance

This policy is designed to ensure compliance with the UK's Higher Education (Freedom of Speech) Act and related guidance on contract cheating, including guidance from the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA) and the Office for Students (OfS). We actively monitor for misuse and cooperate with any lawful investigation.
