About Our Services

Is your service ethical and legal?
Yes. We provide academic support, guidance, and feedback — not finished work for submission. Our Academic Integrity Policy is explicit: we do not write assignments on your behalf. Think of us as a professional tutor or editor.
Who uses your services?
Students at all levels — from A-level and undergraduate to Master's and PhD — who need help improving their drafts, understanding referencing, finding sources, or formatting their documents.
Can I use your service if my university doesn't allow it?
Many universities permit proofreading, editing, referencing help, and tutoring. However, you should check your institution's policy. We always encourage clients to review what is permitted at their specific institution.

Orders & Process

How do I submit a request?
Fill in our order form at /order. It takes 2–3 minutes. You'll describe your needs, upload any files, and provide your deadline. No account is required to start.
How long does it take?
Standard requests are typically completed within 3–5 working days. Urgent (2–4 days) and Extra Urgent (under 48 hours) options are available, subject to availability.
What happens after I submit?
You'll receive an email confirmation. Our team reviews your request and sends you a personalised quote, usually within a few hours. You pay via our secure Stripe checkout, and your order moves to 'In Progress'.
Can I send more information after submitting?
Yes. You can upload additional files and send messages directly from your client dashboard at any time.

Payments & Refunds

How do I pay?
After your quote is approved, you'll receive a secure Stripe payment link. We accept all major credit/debit cards and digital wallets.
What if I'm not happy with the work?
Every order includes a free revision. If the delivered material doesn't meet the agreed scope, request a revision from your dashboard. If we're unable to meet your requirements, we'll discuss a refund.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, in cases where we cannot fulfil the agreed scope. We cannot refund completed work where the service has been delivered as agreed.

Technical

What file types can I upload?
PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT, RTF, ODT, PNG, JPG, and ZIP files up to 20 MB each.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use Supabase for secure data storage with row-level security, meaning only you and our team can see your orders.
Do you have a mobile app?
Yes! We have iOS and Android apps available. Search for 'Studiqly' in the App Store or Google Play.
