Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Studiqly. By submitting a request, registering an account, or using any part of our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services
Studiqly provides academic support services including proofreading, editing, referencing help, research guidance, and related services as described in our Services page. All services are provided subject to our Academic Integrity Policy.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree that you will:
- Use our services only for legitimate academic support purposes
- Not submit any material we provide as your own work to any educational institution
- Provide accurate and truthful information in your requests
- Not attempt to use our services for any unlawful purpose
3. Payments
All prices are quoted in the currency specified and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is due before work commences. We use Stripe for secure payment processing. Stripe's own terms and privacy policy apply to payment transactions.
4. Revisions
Each order includes one revision request at no additional charge, subject to the revision being within the original scope of the request. Additional revisions outside the original scope may be subject to additional fees.
5. Refunds
Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases where: (a) we are unable to complete the order; (b) the completed work substantially fails to meet the agreed scope. We do not issue refunds where the work has been completed as agreed or where the client has provided insufficient information.
6. Intellectual Property
Support materials delivered to clients are for personal, educational reference use only. They may not be resold, redistributed, or published in any form.
7. Limitation of Liability
Studiqly is not responsible for any academic consequences arising from a client's misuse of support material. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
